First-class Radisson Blu
The Radisson Blu Hotel has established itself as a preferred choice for business tourists, as demonstrated by its growing visitor numbers. In January 2010 it also received the Travellers’ Choice Award, one of the international travel industry’s highest accolades.
The hotel has around 23,500 square metres of space, with 427 rooms and suites. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with an LCD flat screen TV, laptop-size safe, trouser press and minibar. Wireless LAN and high-speed Internet access are provided free of charge.
The main feature of the lobby is the AquaDom, a cylindrical aquarium with 1,500 tropical fish. The hotel bar is located at the foot of the AquaDom.
The DomLounge, the event and conference area with fully glazed frontage directly underneath the hotel roof, provides an impressive view of Berlin Cathedral. The other conference and meeting areas on the highest floor afford a view of the Humboldt Forum, Red Town Hall and TV tower. Five event facilities and four foyers featuring 1,400 square metres of space are available on two levels. They can be flexibly divided and also offer the appropriate ambience for smaller events. In total, meetings and conferences for up to 440 people can be accommodated.
